I just wore my fancy shoes to take out the trash. It’s that kind of day … a good one!
See, I got the opportunity to be featured as a guest blogger on Meagan Francis’s Babble Voices blog for our collaborative review and interview of Kelle Hampton’s memoir Bloom: Finding the Beauty in the Unexpected.
Kelle is the blogger of the extremely popular site Enjoying the Small Things, and is also now an author who just penned her first memoir, Bloom, which has hung steady on the New York Times bestseller list for three weeks straight.
Meagan is also an author of two books – 10 Secrets to Enjoying Motherhood and One Year to an Organized Life with Baby – an award-winning blogger at The Happiest Mom and mother of five.
Yeah, today is the kind of day to celebrate by wearing fancy shoes everywhere.
Check out my review here. And link up to Meagan’s fantastic podcast interview here. Great questions and wonderful conversation!
Oh, and I know I don’t need to remind you, but all three of these titles are available at The Paperhouse … and don’t forget we’ll be meeting with Kelle via Skype May 26th for our exclusive book club event! Be sure to nab your copy of Bloom (that’s your ticket in).
Give us a shout – either here on the site or down at the store for more info. Details will follow on Facebook, Twitter and in the Gazette Record in upcoming weeks.
Seriously, though, you don’t want to miss out on this incredible opportunity and space is already filling up, so just come grab your book.
